great location breakfast choice helpful staff small room window view extra cost
the location of the hotel is fantastic! it is super close to major attractions and public transport. the breakfast had lots of options that i totally enjoyed. the staff were helpful all the time!
my room was not excellent i had a view of another window. it also felt small. i asked for a better view, but i had to pay extra. i think that is just ridiculous

smaller room frustrating arrival
I had issues with my room though. I reserved a Premium King Room Park View but I was given a different, smaller room. The staff attempted to convince me that I received what I booked. That was upsetting. It made my arrival more frustrating as I was tired.
